Our team in Vilnius office is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll functions in EMEA region.

You will be part of our Payroll Team and will be responsible for preparing financial reports, supporting the global payroll and accounting organization, and playing a key role in various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, control employee information, monthly payroll changes.
  • Analyze and create financial reports.
  • Respond to internal/external auditors' requests.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities.
  • Manage relations with payroll vendors.
  • Participate in projects.
What We Expect:
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, preferable with knowledge of any country in EMEA.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving nature.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.

The selected candidate will thrive in this role if they have no previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.
