We are seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading content operations and playing a key part in delivering high-quality digital experiences through our Content Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the CMS deployment and release process across squads.
  • Run pre-deployment validation checks using scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Delivery teams on incident response.
  • Perform content modelling, editing, and configuration for assigned feature builds.
  • Assist in triaging and resolving production issues related to content and CMS performance.
  • Carry out content operations tasks, including preparing solution specifications and supporting CMS optimization initiatives.
  • Manage and configure content via the CMS, including page layouts, templates, workflows, and access management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A solid background in IT, digital content, or web technology environments.
  • Proven experience working with Content Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with deployment processes, pre-release validation, and basic scripting is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a cross-functional team.
