Customer Support and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting administrative functions, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage official documentation, permits, and agreements related to ATM installations.
  • Monitor and verify rent invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing efficiently.
  • Communicate with international offices, partners, and authorities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in the financial services or banking sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a legal right to work in Lithuania without the need for visa sponsorship.
