HR Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled HR Support Specialist to help us optimize our human resources processes.

As an HR Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in coordinating employee onboarding, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate documentation across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all stages of the employment lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supply orders, company phone administration, guest reception, and general email correspondence.
  • Organize internal events, such as team-building activities and seasonal gatherings.
  • Assist with broader HR initiatives, including learning and development programs, performance review cycles, and process improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
  • Hands-on experience (or willing to learn) in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and scheduling or conducting interviews.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and eager to support a positive team culture.
