Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data and generating actionable insights to drive business growth and development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in data analytics, visualization, and presentation will enable you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze and summarize large datasets to provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, research, or similar roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
