Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Enablement team plays a crucial role in revenue growth by equipping sellers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources.
- Identify regional training requirements and work with local contacts and training partners to schedule established training courses.
- Deliver new training courses that meet the needs of our sales teams.
- Issue timely reminders and course completion certificates to ensure seamless training experiences.
- Collaborate with training partners to secure attendance reports and post-session insights.
- Track learner activity and create reports on pre-course and post-course learning.
- Coordinate the processing of invoices for training courses.
- Update learner records within Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking.
- Support the onboarding of sellers by developing and scheduling courses.
Facilitate the delivery of webinars that cater to the needs of our sales community.
- Identify relevant topics for webinars.
- Develop a structure for each webinar that aligns with learning objectives.
- Support the development of presentation and supporting materials with subject matter experts.
- Ensure webinar content aligns with the company brand and is presented in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage webinar reviews with content providers, providing guidance on structure, flow of content, and presentation.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Marketing, or content management.
- Proven experience in working with sales teams and enabling the creation and delivery of compelling content.
- Desirable to have experience in administering content management platforms (HighSpot, Seismic) and Sales Readiness technologies.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Highly proficient English language skills (written and verbal).
- Tech-savviness and experience in administering a content management platform or Sales Readiness systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel) and Adobe InDesign (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
- Ability to work and interact with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with multitasking.
