Key Responsibilities:

* Research and prospect potential customers through various channels to generate new sales opportunities
* Engage and qualify prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media
* Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and optimize the lead generation process

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a focus on cold calling
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
* High level of resilience and perseverance in a target-driven environment
* A competitive drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and earn rewards
