The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs, as well as strong leadership experience. They should also be fluent in Lithuanian and English and possess a deep understanding of learning principles and instructional design.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to drive employee growth and development
  • Lead a team of 3-6 people responsible for delivering technical onboarding and role-specific training
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and future learning needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development (ideally in a fast-paced, customer-facing or technical environment)
  • Strong people leadership experience - you've hired, coached, and developed team members
  • You have built and scaled training programs from scratch
  • You hold an understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and/or learning technologies
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
