Director of Strategic Partnerships

This is a unique opportunity to lead our affiliate department and drive growth.

We're looking for a highly skilled leader with experience in affiliate marketing, who can build and scale high-performing teams, align business goals with actionable roadmaps, and drive measurable growth.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent numerical and statistical skills, able to draw insights from large volumes of data and use them to inform decisions.

  • Lead the development and execution of our affiliate strategy, ensuring it's aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing affiliate team through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including untapped markets, verticals, and strategic categories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing affiliate partners.
  • Monitor key metrics, optimize based on performance data, and ensure continuous growth.
