Your Day-to-Day:
  • Drive product development from discovery to launch.
  • Identify low-cost, high-impact improvements through user behavior analysis and internal feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineers to run experiments and clarify feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineers to understand technical constraints.
  • Guide the product designer to align features with user needs and product goals.
  • Partner with the risk team to manage internal tool improvements.
  • Support the commerce lead by running pricing experiments and incorporating customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or infrastructure tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
  • High product curiosity.
  • Clear, proactive communication.
  • Comfortability using tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics for hypothesis-driven development.
  • Able to balance speed and quality while working with engineers and design.
