  • We are seeking a seasoned Low Code Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative solutions, driving our digital transformation forward. As a key member of our Data and Integration Platforms team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions that empower our organization to stay ahead in sustainable technologies and operational performance.

  • Your responsibilities will include championing the Low-Code Platform, collaborating with business leaders to understand customer needs and translating them into actionable platform requirements. You will also build strong relationships with key stakeholders across business units, engineering, and architecture, securing buy-in for platform initiatives and championing its value proposition.

  • You will support a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform, continuously monitoring key metrics and proactively identifying areas for optimization in performance, security, and user experience. Additionally, you will implement strategies to minimize technical debt within the platform, ensuring quality and seamless performance through code reviews, standardization, and modularization.

  • An opportunity exists to identify reusable components across platforms and products, improving efficiency and scalability. You will develop low-code platform components and applications to support business requirements, leveraging your expertise in application development, ideally with low-code platforms like Power Platform, SharePoint & Logic Apps.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application development, with a proven track record of working with low-code platforms.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of low-code development principles and methodologies.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team, providing training and support to junior engineers.

  • Strong understanding of security best practices for low-code development.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform licensing.
