Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via chats and emails
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Meet and exceed team performance targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information
  • Implement best-in-class customer happiness strategies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborate with developers and other teams across various IT companies

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and Russian language skills (C1 level for both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Personal or professional background in crypto
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Reliable laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and stable internet connection (50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Nice to Have:

  • Strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
  • Experience with CRM systems
