Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT professional to oversee and manage our internal IT infrastructure. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining complex IT systems, including networks, hardware, and software. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, as well as implementing improvements to our IT processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with system deployment and scripting
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, device management, and system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Solid understanding of networks, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and access controls
  • Awareness of cybersecurity practices and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST
  • An analytical mindset, initiative, and a track record of solving complex problems proactively
  • Strong communication and documentation skills – clear, helpful, and empathetic
