We are seeking an accomplished software engineer to join our team in Kaunas office. You will be working 3 days a week at the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to mission-critical projects aimed at enhancing search and booking technology, integrating with over 200 travel partners and connecting users to more than 3.5 million hotels and rentals, as well as 550 airlines.

  • Design and implement new services and workflows, deliver features from concept through to production-ready quality-assured functionality.

  • Engage in direct collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve existing codebases, modernize infrastructure, and adhere to best practice guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with .NET, familiarity with React and willingness to learn Java.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and programming languages.

  • Capability of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for short-term delivery and long-term sustainability of codebases and features.

  • Experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.

  • Ability to devise clean and simple solutions to complex problems.

  • Hands-on experience writing high-quality unit and integration tests.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.

  • Knowledge of industry-standard design patterns.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Elastic, MySQL.

  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, GRPC, and REST.

  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS.

  • Understanding of deployment pipelines.

  • Experience with KPI-driven development.

Compensation

Gross monthly salary range: 3333 EUR to 6600 EUR.

Yearly bonuses approximately 10 percent annual salary.
