Data Driven Decision Making Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Driven Decision Making Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across various departments.

• Develop robust data models and prepare data for analysis
• Manage, integrate, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources
• Perform on-demand data analyses and deliver timely, accurate reporting
• Apply best practices in data visualization and storytelling techniques
• Analyze system errors and anomalies to identify patterns and improvement areas
• Define and track strategic KPIs and performance goals, investigate fluctuations in key product metrics
• Assess potential product enhancements and identify ways to create additional customer value

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or another data-focused discipline
• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and dashboard design principles
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines using SSIS or other integration tools
• Excellent analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
