Position Overview As a Remote Hebrew-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Hebrew-speaking customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and providing high-quality travel support. You will work remotely from anywhere within Lithuania, using equipment provided by the company. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in fluent Hebrew. Assist customers with travel bookings, inquiries, changes, and complaints. Provide accurate and timely information about travel packages, services, and policies. Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction. Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in company systems. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements Fluent Hebrew (both written and spoken) — mandatory. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory — we provide training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic IT skills and ability to use customer service software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be located in Lithuania (remote work only).
