About the Role:

In the role of Principal .NET Software Engineer, you will lead this project by offering strategic guidance and architectural expertise to propel the development of an innovative solution for the Investment Portfolio Management System tailored for the US market.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a friendly and supportive senior-level team that spans across various countries and cultures, including talented professionals from Lithuania, Poland, Mexico, and the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development of the insurance platform, utilizing .NET technologies to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions;
  • Concentrating on new product features, particularly on third-party integrations (API and SSO);
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications;
  • Implement coding standards, best practices, and development processes to ensure consistency and efficiency;
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices in security and connectivity.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as a .NET Software Engineer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale enterprise applications;
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and MS SQL Server;
  • Capacity to lead a third-party integration team (API and/or SSO);
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security;
  • Experience with any punlic cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP);
  • Relevant experience with Microservices;
  • Fluency in English (our primary working language).
