The bank that is closer to everyone – yes, that’s us We are looking for a Senior FTP & Funding Analyst to join our Treasury team. You will own the Bank's Funds Transfer Pricing framework, lead funding analytics, and provide balance sheet and NII insights that directly inform ALCO and management decisions. Every day, you’ll be #closer and: Own and maintain the FTP framework – curve construction, tenor matching, liquidity premium, optionality charges, and NMD treatment (core/non-core split, beta, assumed duration). Ensure FTP rates correctly incentivise business lines toward balance sheet outcomes consistent with the funding plan and RAS; propose recalibrations to ALCO as needed. Lead the annual funding plan – deposit projections, wholesale funding requirements, cost of funds forecasting, maturity gap analysis, and ongoing budget vs. actual monitoring. Prepare NII and margin analysis for ALCO: NIM trends, rate sensitivity, repricing gap, and the P&L impact of proposed deposit rate changes or funding transactions. Manage the wholesale funding calendar – maturity profile, refinancing risk, and issuance timing – and support covered bond programme analytics (cover pool, ACT, LCR classification). Monitor LCR and NSFR from the funding side; prepare ALMM-based liquidity gap and structural funding gap analysis; support SREP responses on funding topics. Maintain FTP methodology documentation; contribute ICAAP and ILAAP inputs on funding cost stress. Build and automate analytical models in Python or SQL supporting FTP rates, funding projections, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. As a secondary focus, contribute to IRRBB analytics on funding cost and repricing, and support onboarding of new funding instruments (covered bonds, deposit platforms, subordinated debt) into the FTP framework. To be #closer, you’ll need: 5+ years of experience in Treasury, ALM, or balance sheet management within a bank or financial institution. Solid understanding of FTP methodology – marginal cost of funds, liquidity premium, NMD modelling, and behavioural assumptions. Strong knowledge of funding instruments: deposits, wholesale funding, covered bonds, and their LCR/NSFR treatment. Experience producing analysis for ALCO or senior management – funding plans, NIM reporting, or rate strategy papers. Python and SQL skills for model development and reporting automation. Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal. Nice to have Experience with IRRBB, hedge accounting, or ICAAP/ILAAP frameworks.
