As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead engineering activities and coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions in a regulated medical environment.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will combine team leadership, planning, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
Other responsibilities would include:
• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring clear direction and alignment
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for project-related topics
• Plan and manage tasks, timelines, and priorities in an Agile (SAFe) environment
• Ensure delivery targets are met: quality, timelines, and performance
• Work closely with QA, Product Owner, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure effective cross-team collaboration
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with internal processes
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and team efficiency
• Track progress and report KPIs related to delivery and quality We are looking for a person with the following
experience:
• Experience in technical project management and team leadership
• Experience working with engineering or software development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
• Experience managing delivery timelines, priorities, and risks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution
• Experience working in structured or regulated environments
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice to have
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with DevOps tools or project tracking systems Our Offer:
