Founded in 1905 to solve the emerging famine in Europe, Yara has established a unique position as the industry's only global crop nutrition company. The company operates an integrated business model with around 17,000 employees and operations in over 60 countries. In 2021, Yara reported revenues of USD 14.4 billion.

Headquartered in Oslo, Yara opened its office in Lithuania in 2018. Yara European Business Services (EBS) is now set to expand even further and evolve as valued partner that delivers results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
  • Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
  • Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
  • Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
  • Be a role model of Yara's culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Profile
  • Good English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
  • Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
  • Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
  • Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
  • Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania

Offered Salary

We offer salary from 1850 Eur to 2233 Eur/month gross (before taxes). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
