You will also be responsible for managing tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira, maintaining clear and structured case documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Additionally, you will be expected to meet team KPIs, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and securely handle customers' sensitive information.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support
- Background in banking, legal, or financial services
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Fixed schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM CET
