Are you a Danish language enthusiast looking for a challenging role in E-commerce?

Cross Border Talents is seeking an exceptional individual to join our client's team as a Danish-speaking Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be part of a multinational project, working closely with clients from around the world.


This opportunity includes relocation and housing support for international candidates, as well as assistance with obtaining necessary documentation (taxpayer's number and social security number for Portugal).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
  • Handle sensitive data securely and follow internal escalation procedures.
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Native-level Danish and fluent English - written and spoken levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal.
