Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth office management, efficient client support, and administrative assistance.

  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office, including ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Manage general correspondence: assign incoming emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Welcome and manage guest visits in a professional manner.
  • Maintain documentation and basic document preparation as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team: upload invoices, create purchase orders, and coordinate health check-ups.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in office administration or client support roles.
  • Native language skills and good communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with procurement platforms is an advantage.
  • Event coordination experience is preferred.
