Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in both English and Danish languages
  • Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer issues, consistently striving to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and personalized customer experiences
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, including guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in iGaming or related industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English languages
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly
