Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers overcome issues with their Dexcom products. Your direct impact on people's lives will be significant as you assist them in making the best of their products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting patient inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues related to Dexcom mobile apps, cloud software, and associated hardware.
  • Accessing and updating patient accounts through computer-based systems.
  • Monitoring current procedures to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Providing technical support and training to patients and healthcare providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with OS (Windows/Mac) and experience supporting mobile Apps (IOS/Android) as well as Cloud based reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of providing support across social media channels.
  • Strong customer service skills with an innate ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent listening skills.
  • Empathy towards customers and solving issues with patience and accuracy.
  • The ability to retain detailed information and work through complex troubleshooting scenarios.

This role requires minimal travel, approximately 0-5% of your time.

Education and Experience Requirements:

We typically require a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
