Job Opportunity: Technical Advisor

This role involves serving as a technical expert, working closely with the sales team to provide support throughout the customer journey.

  • Serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs;
  • Developing and delivering product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and proofs of concept (PoCs) to enterprise prospects;
  • Translating complex customer requirements into actionable technical solutions using industry-standard platforms;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback, influence product direction, and resolve technical blockers;
  • Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring smooth technical implementation and early-stage customer success;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and IT decision-makers;
  • Creating reusable technical documentation, sales collateral, and enablement content;
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in AI/ML, enterprise infrastructure patterns, and the competitive landscape;

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise clients;
  • A strong understanding of AI/ML, SaaS, and cloud platforms; ability to communicate credibly with both business and technical stakeholders;
  • A proven track record of running PoCs, leading demos, and managing complex technical evaluations;
  • Experience working with enterprise IT environments, including data security, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional European languages are an asset;
  • A willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed;
