B2B Sales Director with Co-Founder Potential

i1x Venture Studio is a venture studio that builds capital-efficient B2B companies focused on sales and marketing technology.
We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join as Head of Sales with co-founder potential across our portfolio of B2B SaaS and agency ventures.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute sales strategies for B2B SaaS products and agency services ranging from EUR 500-50,000+ ARR (depending on experience)
- Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across US and/or European markets
- Contribute to product strategy based on market feedback
- Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies
Requirements:
- Proven track record selling B2B SaaS or professional services (EUR 750K+ annual revenue)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of European B2B markets
- Ability to sell both self-service products and enterprise solutions
- Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration skills
- Additional European languages are a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: €24,000-78,000 (based on experience and location)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary tied to revenue targets
- Equity: 3-15% ownership in ventures you help scale (vesting over 4 years)
- Commission: Progressive structure on direct sales (5-15%)
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with demonstrable results, experience in both direct sales and building sales teams, track record of exceeding targets consistently, strong understanding of sales tools and automation, and experience selling in multiple European markets.
