Business Development Director with Co-Founder Potential

i1x Venture Studio, a pioneer in building capital-efficient B2B companies focused on sales and marketing technology, is seeking an exceptional sales leader to join as Head of Sales with co-founder potential.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures, with the chance to take significant ownership in the ones you help scale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies for B2B SaaS products and agency services, ranging from EUR 500-50,000+ ARR (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales strategies for B2B SaaS products and agency services, focusing on achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive results.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across US and/or European markets, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Contribute to product strategy based on market feedback, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record selling B2B SaaS or professional services (EUR 750K+ annual revenue), demonstrating expertise in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch, with a focus on developing scalable and efficient sales models.
  • Strong understanding of European B2B markets, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
  • Ability to sell both self-service products and enterprise solutions, adapting sales approaches to suit different customer segments.
  • Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Additional European languages are a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners across different regions.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €24,000-78,000 per annum, depending on your experience and location. Additionally, you can expect:

  • A performance bonus of up to 100% of your base salary, tied to revenue targets and reflecting your individual and team performance.
  • Equity ownership in the ventures you help scale, vesting over a period of four years and providing a long-term incentive for your success.
  • A commission structure of 5-15% on direct sales, offering a clear and transparent path to additional earnings.
