Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to administer our group companies and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer financial documents such as purchase invoices, expense reports, and bank payment preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including bank statements and cash register records.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, payroll returns, and statistical reports in a timely manner.
  • Support regular inventories of company assets and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and accounting regulations.
  • Actively participate in monthly and year-end closing procedures and financial statement audits.
  • Handle payroll duties, including calculation, payment, and administering changes in the payroll system.
  • Resolve any payroll calculation or primary accounting-related issues and employee queries.
  • Complete the company's accounting, close tax periods, and prepare annual financial statements for approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexibility, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new things.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of previous work experience as a financial analyst with payroll duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Results-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
