**About the Role**

You will join a dynamic team of credit risk specialists, contributing to the investigation and analysis of credit information within established guidelines. Your tasks will include:

  • Investigating and analyzing credit information to identify potential risks
  • Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delays and secure payment commitments
  • Adapting your approach based on customer responses and confidently handling complex situations
  • Conducting extensive research and using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing appropriate solutions
  • Developing and implementing best practices for collections, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficiency in processes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • High school education
  • 1+ to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or collections
  • Strong proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
  • Assertiveness, advanced problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and multitasking skills
  • Motivation, self-sufficiency, and a proactive mindset are critical for success in this role
