We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Linux Software Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to contribute to the development of cutting-edge payment systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded software environments, with a strong focus on security and well-structured code.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will participate in driving forward our terminal device initiatives, implementing new features, extending existing features, and improving the current code base.
  • You will write high-quality, secure, and well-documented code that meets our exacting standards.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to distribute knowledge and participate in code reviews.
  • You will be involved in the design of new features and explaining how existing features work to others.
  • You will help improve software based on customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Multiple years (3-5) of experience in writing secure and well-structured code in an embedded software environment (C or C++).
  • Experience with the Linux operating system.
  • Typescript and Android experience are advantageous.
  • Top-notch communication skills with English as the primary language.
  • A user-focused mindset and intrinsic motivation to learn new things.
  • Ideal experience in the payment industry.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Able to quickly analyze issues and offer sound recommendations and solutions.
