Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at our Vilnius office.

  1. Take ownership of data quality and complex projects by working closely with the development team to drive business outcomes.
  2. Provide functional and technical support for Yardi users, ensuring seamless system operations.
  3. Design and develop analytical solutions that enhance user experience, driving productivity and efficiency.
  4. Conduct qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluate the feasibility of their requirements.
  5. Develop new features, solutions, and interfaces in line with industry best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Implement Standard Operating Procedures and improve support documentation, promoting knowledge sharing and consistency.
  7. Maintain project timelines and budgets, reporting progress regularly using internal tools.
  8. Collaborate with business owners to secure user acceptance and support business operations during and after implementation.
About You:
  • You hold advanced SQL skills with proven experience in report development.
  • You have knowledge of Yardi or other Fund Administration software.
  • You possess a university degree (master or bachelor) in IT or accounting.
  • You have experience with agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
  • You are highly motivated with strong self-management and dynamic teamwork skills.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience handling high-level projects.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • You are fluent in oral/written English communication.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and other Office Tools.
  • You have knowledge and experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
