Business Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Efficiency Specialist to support operational effectiveness and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key objectives:

  • Develop monthly business performance report packages for finance and management teams, monitor performance, and identify variances from targets;

  • Support daily internal controls, providing insights into daily processes and business decisions, and contribute to the implementation of audit functions;

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process with the controlling team, evaluating business risks, and identifying opportunities for development;

  • Participate in data excellence development, align with IT projects, and improve analytical tools for reporting efficiency;

  • Engage in cross-functional embedded finance projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or business control, preferably in an international or manufacturing/industrial company;

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;

  • Strong analytical thinking, result-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills;

  • Collaborative mindset, desire to grow professionally, and attitude of a team player with independence;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Power BI is an advantage;

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written), and fluency in English is an advantage.

Compensation

The salary ranges from 2400 to 3800 €/month gross, depending on individual competencies and is negotiable.
