About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent in various industries. Your primary objective will be to match candidates with client requirements, leveraging your expertise and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and tailor your search approach accordingly.
  • Utilize various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing their profiles and making informed decisions.
  • Present weekly reports on recruitment activities, market trends, salary benchmarking, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of recruitment software and Excel.

Salary and Benefits:

  • This commission-only role offers 40-60% earnings on successful placements.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a freelance basis, allowing for flexibility and autonomy.
