As a Product Designer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and design of campaigns and email builders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines;
  • Collaborate with product owners to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them;
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and create insights that inform design decisions;
  • Present design concepts, prototypes, and final designs to stakeholders and customers;
  • Analyze customer support reports to identify pain points and areas for improvement;
  • Communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in product design (both UX and UI) at user-focused tech companies with shipped products;
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences;
  • Experience with lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, user research, and user testing;
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
  • Understanding of how design systems are created, implemented, and maintained;
  • Well-organized with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership;
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams;
  • Experience working with Figma, FullStory, Mixpanel is an advantage;
  • Leadership and mentoring experience is an advantage;
  • Establishing and owning a design system is an advantage.
