About Change Management Role

Drive organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions with our team. As a Change Manager, you will play a key part in managing end-to-end change strategies for complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive change strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Buid strong relationships across departments to ensure successful adoption.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments and readiness analyses to inform change implementation.
  • Develop targeted communication plans and training programs to support users through transitions.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure initiatives follow best practices and compliance standards.
  • Track KPIs and change adoption metrics to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in change management roles, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and project delivery methodologies (Agile).
  • Ability to translate complex change concepts into actionable communication for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive alignment.
  • Skilled in conducting change impact analyses, developing metrics, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
