About the Role
  • Manage offshore construction activities and resolve project installation and operational issues with the team
  • Maintain a strong commitment to HSSE standards during construction and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and lead a skilled construction team to execute project tasks efficiently and safely
  • Participate in tender process to ensure compliance with offshore site requirements
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks associated with the project
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety at the construction site
  • Select location and setup for construction Marine Coordination Center, offshore site, and demarcation & wave rider buoys
  • Ensure development of a system for handover of the overall offshore construction assets for safe transfer to Commissioning and O&M
About You
  • Possess a Bachelor or higher degree in engineering
  • Have at least 8 years of professional experience within construction management, with a minimum of 5 years within large-scale offshore wind farm projects
  • Be an experienced professional who has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams and delivered projects in full compliance with international regulations and to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental management
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of common technical, commercial, and stakeholder risks
  • Be a highly motivated individual with a proactive and result-oriented approach
  • Have the flexibility and willingness to travel between the Baltic region and other EU locations
