Seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data Ops team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with marketing and sales departments to uncover business opportunities, explain user behavior, raise and test hypotheses, estimate marketing efficiency, forecast future trends, and perform deep-dive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and track KPIs to monitor and explain the performance of the business;
  • Provide actionable insights from data;
  • Identify business opportunities and estimate their impact;
  • Lead data-driven decision-making in a group of stakeholders;
  • Build dashboards;
  • Design, run and analyse AB tests;
  • Coach on best practices in data analysis to foster a data-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics;
  • Highly skilled in data visualization and story-telling;
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights;
  • Experience in Superset, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization tools;
  • Working experience with SQL;
  • Business-driven mindset;
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis;
  • Fluent in English.
