Strategic Account Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong business acumen and exceptional customer relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to guide companies through the adoption of AI, identify new opportunities for growth, and champion value-driven upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

  • Deeply understand the business, goals, and AI ambitions of key accounts
  • Guide companies on their AI journey from first use cases to full-scale adoption
  • Identify and activate growth by spotting new opportunities and championing value-driven upsell and cross-sell
  • Turn feedback into action by collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence the roadmap and strategy
  • Drive adoption by ensuring clients are making the most of our platform using the latest features and best practices
  • Track and optimize by managing all client interactions in Salesforce and contributing to smarter playbooks and processes
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B account management or sales ideally in SaaS or AI-first environments
  • Strong customer-centric mindset you listen ask the right questions and create value
  • Familiarity with AI concepts trends and business use cases or the hunger to learn them fast
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confidence using CRM tools like Salesforce and handling multiple accounts simultaneously
  • A self-starter attitude youre proactive curious and not afraid to dive into complexity

  • Experience working in a scale-up or fast-moving SaaS environment
  • Understanding of both the business and technical sides of AI and digital transformation
