Job Description:

We are seeking a key account professional in the European market who will play a crucial role in managing relationships with major clients and ensuring effective delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including casinos, online gaming platforms, and other gambling-related businesses.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts by understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with our products, understanding their features, benefits, and limitations to effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Providing excellent customer support by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and working with the sales team to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with legal teams to negotiate and renew contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and us.
  • Analyzing client data and performance metrics to provide insights, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensuring that clients are in compliance with applicable gaming and gambling regulations and assisting them in maintaining compliance.
  • Regularly updating clients on new product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Addressing client concerns and issues promptly, working closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges that may arise.
Requirements:

Qualifications include:

  • A strong understanding of the gaming and gambling industry in the USA, including regulations, market trends, and competitors.
  • Previous experience in account management or a related client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from data to make informed decisions.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
