Key Account Manager Role
">The B2B Commercial Team is the driving force behind Nord Security's growth in the corporate cybersecurity sector. Our focus lies on strategic partnerships and integrations.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
- Provide ongoing account management and sales support to the existing customer base for retention;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts;
- Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and enhancements;
- Manage customer relationship data effectively within a CRM system;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer success and satisfaction;
- Document processes, customer interactions, and best practices to share knowledge and consistency;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales principles;
- Proven experience in a B2B or sales environment, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to understand customer needs, deliver value, and build long-term partnerships;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Experience using CRM software is a plus;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
