About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive ROI, managing promotional activities, collaborating with creative teams, and setting up tracking and reporting for channel marketing activities. Additionally, you'll prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success, analyze competitors' actions, and prepare forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally within retail, distribution, or a product-focused environment
  • Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to constant change
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest innovative, results-driven improvements
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
