Key Role: Insurance Sales and Risk Management Specialist">

As a successful insurance sales and risk management specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, as well as a deep understanding of the insurance sector and its various products. Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English is required, along with a positive attitude, responsibility, customer focus, and a strong orientation toward building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth and expansion for our organization;
  • Provide expert advice on insurance services to medium and large enterprises, ensuring optimal solutions are implemented;
  • Analyze client needs, developing tailored risk management strategies to meet their unique requirements;
  • Represent our organization in meetings with clients, insurers, associations, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating our value proposition;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, enhancing your knowledge of the insurance sector and its various products;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in active sales, preferably within the insurance industry;
  • Proven track record of working with legal entities (medium to large businesses);
  • Higher education is an advantage, but not necessarily a requirement;
  • Understanding of insurance products is highly desirable, though not essential at this juncture;
  • Excellent reputation, coupled with a positive attitude, responsibility, customer focus, and a strong orientation toward building lasting relationships with clients;
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, facilitating seamless interaction with clients and colleagues alike;
