Healthcare Support Role

The Opportunity:

As a Product Support Representative, you will interact with patients and parents, assisting with technical issues related to Dexcom products. You'll provide empathy and support, ensuring a high-quality experience for each patient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Spanish-speaking patients via phone, web forms, and emails.
  2. Take calls on patient inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues. Access and update patient accounts through computer-based systems.
  3. Provide technical support and training to patients and healthcare providers.
  4. Serve as the first point-of-contact for patients and medical professionals, helping with patient support issues and coordinating with Customer Advocacy.
  5. Respond to patient phone calls and emails with troubleshooting tips and specific instructions.
  6. Use and maintain software and databases appropriately, documenting and analyzing patient and product information.

What Makes You Successful:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish language.
  • 1+ years of relevant customer/technical support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone manner.
  • Customer focus and empathy - you enjoy talking to customers, listening to their needs, and finding solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills by working independently and in collaboration with other teams.
