Responsibilities- Ensure EBS Projects Portfolio and Process Governance compliance
- Contribute to project management framework development within organization
- Establish structure and project governance
- Secure resources, and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes
- Manage each stage of projects to ensure timely and successful completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs, bringing the best value for business
- Responsible for daily management of the Project life cycle, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, providing necessary resources, and meeting regularly with key stakeholders
- Responsible for the risk management process being implemented in all phases of the project
- Effectively manage change in organization ensuring faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency of changes
- Communicate and coordinate with project members, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, resource owners and delivery teams
- Bachelor degree within Business Management and Administration/Economics/Communication or other relevant field (long relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal Education)
- 2-3 years working experience as a project manager in improvement projects, preferably in a global business services industry
- Extensive knowledge of project management (certification would be considered an asset)
- High level of initiative and responsibility, coordination skills
- Pronounced, self-driven and proven capabilities in identifying, initiating, engaging and managing change across the enterprise
- Excellent English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills
- Personal and proficient development
