Senior Talent Partner Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our team in a fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and be part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Job Description:

The Senior Talent Partner will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology and product roles, developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and candidate assessments, maintaining data accuracy, analyzing pipeline data, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house
  • A proven track record of hiring technical and product talent
  • Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology talent landscape
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent through multiple channels
  • The ability to build sustainable and healthy recruitment pipelines that allow us to forecast hiring results
  • A proven ability to deliver hiring targets, while maintaining quality
  • A passion for candidate experience and delivering exceptional service to all candidates
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations and guide hiring managers to make the best decision for the company
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse recruitment data and provide insights and guidance to hiring managers
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to not give up when faced with adversity
