Job DescriptionThe Partnership Manager will play a key role in acquiring and managing high-impact partners that enhance capabilities and market reach. Key responsibilities include partner acquisition and development, commercial ownership, relationship management, integration oversight, sales enablement, market expansion, and industry engagement.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Identify and onboard new partners to accelerate growth through strategic commercial partnerships.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage commercial models to ensure profitable collaboration.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure smooth technical integrations that unlock scalable solutions for clients.
- Enable joint go-to-market efforts and support partner education through training sessions and product presentations.
- Contribute to expanding the global footprint by aligning with regional partners and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Represent at events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote capabilities and strengthen visibility in the ecosystem.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills. You should have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strategic Partnering: Proven track record of identifying and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth.
- Commercial Negotiation: Experienced in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial models.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Tech Awareness: Confident discussing APIs, integrations, and product roadmaps with both partners and internal teams.
- Global Mindset: Fluent in English, with the ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to local market dynamics.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently and bring others on board to drive results.
