We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and providing administrative support to employees and managers throughout Europe.

Your main responsibilities will include managing new joiner/mover/leaver processes, supporting recruitment operations, and maintaining employee data in Workday. You will also provide day-to-day management of the HR inbox, answer queries received from HR colleagues, line managers, and employees, and contribute to process and procedures improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the new joiner/mover/leaver process for locations supported, including issuing contracts of employment
  • Support recruitment operations
  • Day-to-day management of the HR inbox, answering queries from HR colleagues, line managers, and employees
  • Maintain and audit employee data in Workday, processing employee changes and correspondence
  • Support monthly payroll process and HR reporting needs
  • Provide support in administering and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Track and process all HR invoices, ensuring finance allocates costs to the right cost centres
  • Support other ad-hoc analyses and coordinate projects for global COEs
Requirements:
  • Experience in operational or administrative tasks, with HR experience being an advantage
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent French language skills
  • Strong analytical mind with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using Workday system in an in-house environment (an advantage)
  • Experience using SAP for purchase order creation (an advantage)
