At BMI Group, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our HR Service Delivery team as a Coordinator.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse environment with a talented team, shaping the future of our Business Services Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, supporting recruitment operations, and managing the new joiner/mover/leaver process.

The successful candidate will have excellent English language skills, strong analytical skills, and experience in operational or administrative tasks. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, and experience using Workday system in an in-house environment is a plus. You will be working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and have the ability to coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the new joiner/mover/leaver process for the locations you support, including issuing contracts of employment.

  • Support recruitment operations by providing administrative assistance to hiring managers.

  • Day-to-day management of the HR inbox, answering queries received from HR colleagues, line managers, and employees.

  • Maintain and audit employee data in Workday and keep it up to date by processing employee changes and correspondence.

  • Support monthly payroll process and HR reporting needs.

  • Provide support in administering and updating HR Policies and Procedures.

  • Track and process all HR invoices and ensure Finance is allocating the costs to the right cost centres.

  • Support other ad-hoc analyses and coordinate projects for global COEs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operational or administrative tasks (HR related experience would be a great advantage).

  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).

  • Fluent Finnish language skills.

  • Strong analytical mind with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Experience in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience using Workday system in an in-house environment would be an advantage.

  • Experience using SAP for purchase order creation would be an advantage.
