ABOUT THE POSITION

Influencer Marketing Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be in charge of the Influencer Marketing in the DACH region and manage high scale influencer marketing campaigns.

Develop, execute and report influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

Brainstorm creative ideas & concepts that we can test out with creators in Germany

Analyze the results of launched content (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc)

Keep lead in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

Be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity in the dedicated market

Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Have a native level German language skills

To be fluent in English

Have at least 2 years of experience in managing influencers on a large scale directly and through agencies

Expertise in managing campaigns on social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube

Have worked with Influencer Discovery Tools

Have experience working with campaign tracking tools Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics or other

Paid social knowledge is beneficial

Be an excellent communicator 

Have the ability to prioritize

Analytical skills

Have no fear of failing

SALARY: 2200- 3300 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
